Nudgel Pro is an auto-renewable subscription ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings — see Support. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Your use of Nudgel is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
